What's the difference between Sniezka EKO and Magnat? Not a marketing question. A budget and room question.
Sniezka is a Polish paint manufacturer with a well-structured three-tier range: EKO for budget jobs, Satyna for everyday use, Magnat for demanding applications.
Sniezka EKO - economy washable paint for walls and ceilings. Matte, good coverage.
Sniezka Satyna - satin finish, better scrub resistance for hallways, kitchens, kids rooms.
Sniezka Magnat - top of the line, best coverage on saturated colours, high scrub resistance.
EKO or Satyna are both fine for a bedroom. EKO if budget is tight and you're painting a light colour. Satyna if you want a nicer feel on the surface and slightly better resistance to occasional wiping.
Magnat makes sense in two situations: saturated or dark colours where you need fewer coats to cover, and high-traffic zones where the walls get washed often. For a white bedroom with normal traffic, EKO is enough.
No. Interior paint isn't built for UV, frost or exterior moisture. Sniezka makes a separate facade range - acrylic and silicone. Use the product marked for exterior.
Coverage depends on surface and colour. A satin washable paint covers roughly 8-10 m² per litre on a prepared surface. Five litres gives around 40-50 m² in one coat. Two coats for complete coverage on saturated colours.
Yes. Fresh plaster absorbs strongly and unevenly. Without primer, Sniezka paint will look patchy after drying - lighter where absorption was heavier. A deep-penetrating primer solves the problem and reduces topcoat consumption.
