We deliver orders within the municipality of Chișinău and across the whole Republic of Moldova. Below You will find the conditions for free delivery, rates, timelines and information about pickup from our showrooms. If You have any questions, our managers are always glad to help You calculate the cost and arrange a convenient time.
Free delivery in Chișinău
We deliver Your order in Chișinău free of charge when all of the following conditions are met:
- the order amount is from 2000 lei;
- the order weight does not exceed 500 kg or the volume does not exceed 5 m³;
- the maximum length of the goods is 2 m and the width is 1 m.
Free delivery does not apply to a number of bulky and heavy construction materials. These are:
- cement;
- sand;
- masonry blocks (brick, aerated concrete block, «fortan» and similar);
- drywall;
- expanded polystyrene;
- mineral wool;
- OSB boards.
Delivery of such goods is calculated separately. To find out the cost, please contact a manager.
Delivery cost in Chișinău
If Your order amount is less than 2000 lei, delivery within Chișinău is paid. The cost depends on the weight, the dimensions of the order and the city sector.

Delivery across Moldova
Beyond Chișinău we deliver across the whole Republic of Moldova. The cost is calculated per kilometre and is counted from the centre of Chișinău to the centre of the destination locality. The rate depends on the order weight:

Delivery terms and timelines
- Timelines. Orders placed after 11:00 are delivered the next day. Delivery across Moldova takes 1-2 days depending on the destination.
- Inspection and payment. On receipt You may check the integrity of the goods and pay for the order on the spot.
- Where we deliver. The courier delivers the goods to the place where the vehicle can stop safely. Unloading and carrying the goods into the house, apartment or yard is the responsibility of the buyer, not the driver.
- Time for unloading. One hour is allotted for unloading (except for large orders and online orders up to 350 kg). An additional charge may apply for time beyond this period.
- Failed delivery through the client's fault. If the delivery failed because of a wrong address or phone number, or because You did not answer the calls, the repeat delivery will be paid.
- Force majeure. In case of bad weather or impassable roads, delivery is rescheduled by agreement with You.
Pickup from showrooms
You can collect the order yourself at one of our showrooms in Chișinău:

- str. Codrilor 16, but. 9 (TC Depo);
- str. Ismail 112/1.
Opening hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00, Sat 09:00-14:00, Sun - closed.
We recommend letting the manager know in advance that You plan to pick up the order, so that we can prepare it before You arrive.
