The website is operated by STIALIT GE LLC (a limited liability company, IDNO: 1013600015368, registered address: MD-2071, mun. Chișinău, sec. Buiucani, str. Balcani șos. 6, of. 70), which runs the online store under the Colorista.md brand (the "Company", "we"). By using the website, You confirm that You have read, understood and fully accept these Terms. All items published on the website, including texts, photographs, images, graphics, the Colorista.md logo and brand identifiers, the design and structure of the website, are the intellectual property of the Company or are used by the Company on lawful grounds and belong to the respective rights holders.

5.2. Use of the Content without the written consent of the Company or the relevant rights holder is not permitted, including copying, reproduction, distribution, adaptation and any other use for commercial purposes.

5.3. Trademarks, brand names and logos of the manufacturers featured in the catalogue belong to their respective rights holders and are used solely for informational purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability
