Payment Methods

You can pay for your Colorista.md order in several ways. You pay in cash or by bank card on delivery - to the courier or at our showroom. For legal entities, payment by bank transfer against an invoice is available. Online card payment directly on the website is currently in development and will be available soon. Below we explain each option in detail.

Cash on Delivery

The simplest option. You pay for the order in cash at the moment you receive it:

  • to the courier on delivery to your address;
  • at the showroom, if you pick up the order yourself.

Before paying, You may inspect the goods and check that they are intact. You can read more about delivery and inspection conditions on the Delivery page.

Bank Card on Delivery

If paying by card is more convenient for You, the courier brings a mobile terminal, and at the showroom payment is processed on the spot. We accept Visa and Mastercard. The amount is charged after You have received the goods and confirmed that everything is in order.

Bank Transfer for Legal Entities

For companies and sole traders we work by bank transfer:

  1. You place the order and confirm it.
  2. After confirmation we issue an invoice (cont de plată) and send it to You by email.
  3. You pay the invoice at any bank or by transfer from the company account.
  4. The set of documents for legal entities is provided together with the order.

Delivery or handover of the goods takes place after the invoice is paid in full.

Online Card Payment on the Website

Online card payment directly on the website is in development and will be available soon. This method is not active yet - please choose cash or card payment on delivery. As soon as online payment goes live, we will add it to the checkout process.

Security and Payment Confirmation

When You pay by card through the terminal, your card details are processed by the bank and we do not store them. After payment You receive a supporting document:

  • a cash or sales receipt for cash and card payments;
  • an invoice and closing documents for bank transfers.
