The gold reads warm under artificial light - living room accent wall, TV niche, bedroom feature panel. One kilogram covers a focused accent zone rather than a full room. If you're doing a larger surface, estimate the area first and check coverage at the counter.
No special primer needed, but the surface must be smooth, dry and free of dust. Over coloured base the gold tone shifts - test a patch first. The pearlescent particles are suspended in the paste; stir before use.
