Supermali is a specialised paint and coatings brand for residential and commercial use - washable paints, enamels, primers.

Interior washable paints - water-based acrylics. Matte for low-traffic zones. Satin for hallways, kitchens and anywhere walls get wiped down regularly.

Alkyd enamels - hard surface, gloss or satin finish, wear resistant.

Water-based enamels - low-odour option, faster drying.

Primers - on fresh or renovated plaster, mandatory before finish coat.

For radiators you need enamel specifically marked for heat resistance on the label. Not every enamel holds at 60-80°C that a working radiator reaches.

Standard washable is for normal humidity. In a bathroom with poor ventilation and high humidity you need paint with a biocide and anti-mould protection.

Over stable, sanded and degreased old paint - alkyd enamel can go direct. If the old paint is matte or acrylic - test compatibility on a small patch first.

Alkyd enamel is touch-dry in a few hours but fully cured at maximum hardness in 24-48 hours. Don't close an alkyd-painted door before 24 hours - it'll stick to the frame.

On fresh or renovated plaster - yes, penetrating primer. On an old wall with paint in good condition - adhesion primer is recommended.
