As a direct glue: paper, cardboard, light fabrics, wood for temporary fixing. Good grab, bond stays flexible after drying.
As a mix additive: added to filler or mounting mortar, Fix PVA improves adhesion to the substrate and reduces cracking as the mix dries. Finishers add it to their filler mix when working over low-absorption or smooth surfaces.
