RAL 9011 is graphite black for metal. Not pure intense black, but a warm black with a grey-brown tone - the popular choice for modern fences, gates and railings.
Remix Anticor in black: same anti-corrosion properties, different aesthetic. Black metal outdoors heats up more in summer sun - if the structure is thin sheet or 1-2 mm profile, account for thermal expansion. Joints and welds hold better when the enamel layer is continuous with no gaps.
0.75 L is for details and small areas - a fence panel, a few profiles, a pedestrian gate. For larger areas, get more volume.
