One product does both jobs: bonds the cloth to the substrate and primes the surface for topcoat paint. Eskaro manufactures in Estonia. The 1-litre size suits small areas or a test run before ordering larger quantities. Surface prep matters: clean, dry, no flaking layers, no grease. Apply SEINALIIM by brush or roller, lay the cloth wet and butt the seams. Once dry, paint with any standard washable emulsion. Glass fibre has one clear advantage over regular wallpaper - it bridges hairline cracks and can be repainted multiple times without replacing the cloth.
