YTONG D500 is autoclaved aerated concrete at 500 kg/m³, the standard choice for interior partition walls. Size 599x199x200 mm: 200 mm height builds rows quickly, 599 mm length suits standard masonry layouts. The block is lightweight - minimal load on floor slabs.
Laid with thin-joint adhesive (e.g. UDK TBM) at 2-3 mm joints. Calibrated surface - flat and ready to plaster without additional grinding. Cut with a handsaw for AAC. Good thermal and vapour performance.
