Mix strictly to instructions: water ratio depends on the wallpaper type. Non-woven goes onto the wall only; paper is pasted on both sides. Non-woven cuts more easily once the adhesive softens it slightly. In older Chisinau flats with Soviet plaster the walls absorb unevenly - prime first.
