UDK FL200 (M200) floor screed 25 kg - dry cement-sand mix for screeds at 10-80 mm thickness. M200 strength grade: handles loads in residential and commercial spaces.
10-80 mm layer range covers a wide variety of tasks: thin levelling screed over an existing base, or a full monolithic screed on soil in a private house. For Chisinau Soviet-era apartments with floor height differences of 30-50 mm, this range handles most situations.
Mix with water per instructions. Working time is limited - mix in small batches. Level with a straightedge. Light foot traffic is possible after a few days; final floor covering installation after 28 days.
UDK is a dry mix manufacturer. 25 kg bag - standard pack size for hand mixing. Mechanised pumping works better for large areas.
