The 4.5x70 mm zinc-plated steel nail plug is driven into a pre-drilled 6 mm hole in concrete or brick. No separate parts.
Chosen for rapid fixing of metal skirting, cable trunking, sheet profiles where you want speed without a screwdriver. Zinc-plated steel gives better pull-out resistance than a nylon plug of the same diameter.
For permanent fixing in dry interiors - zinc is fine. Damp or outdoor - use stainless.
