60 L is the format for bigger jobs. Mix floor screed, prepare tile adhesive for a large area, make render for several square metres in one batch.
Rectangular shape: the paddle reaches all corners, easy to scoop with a spatula. Rigid plastic doesn't flex under the weight of mortar.
Heavy when full - two people to carry. 60 L of mortar weighs between 90 and 120 kg depending on mix. Don't carry fully loaded alone.
Keep clean. Dried mortar in the tub contaminates the next batch - lumps go into fresh mix.
