The FT-3864 3.9x65 mm phosphated screw is a partial-thread screw for timber construction - battens, formwork, beams, wood flooring. The black phosphate treatment reduces corrosion when in contact with the natural moisture of green timber or chemically treated wood.
Pozidriv head - less cam-out than Phillips when driving with a drill. 65 mm length gives solid grip in boards or beams when joining pieces 25-30 mm thick.
Not for permanent outdoor water exposure.
